Refund & Cancellation
Policy

1. 01Customers share order requirements through WhatsApp.
2. 02Our team confirms product availability, final amount, and delivery details.
3. 03Customer completes payment through bank QR or bank transfer.
4. 04Order is confirmed after payment verification.

Cancellation is possible only before payment confirmation. Once payment is confirmed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

This policy exists because:

• Each order is processed specifically for the confirmed customer.
• Inventory is allocated immediately after payment confirmation.
• Dispatch preparation starts quickly after order confirmation.

Refunds are not applicable once payment is made, except in the following situations:

• Order cannot be fulfilled due to non-availability or operational issues from our side.
• Payment is received but order is not confirmed due to a verified technical/payment mismatch.
• Duplicate payment made for the same order and validated by our team.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after payment.
• Incorrect details shared by customer (address, contact number, or order information).
• Delivery delay caused by customer unavailability.
• Issues reported after successful delivery acceptance without valid evidence.
